This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application AirGoal — Road to the Cup ("the App", "we", "our") handles information in relation to the people who play it ("you", "the user"). The App is developed and distributed by WeAreSunnyBunny ("the Developer").
AirGoal is a single-player arcade game. It does not require you to create an account, does not ask for personal information, and does not upload any of your gameplay or profile data to the internet. Everything you see in-game — your name, your chosen colors, your best score — is stored only on your own device.
To let you continue where you left off, the App stores the following on your device using the system's local storage (not transmitted to us):
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage permanently removes it.
The current public version of AirGoal does not serve real advertisements. The in-game "Watch Ad · Double Score" button is a placeholder screen used only for gameplay. If a future version integrates a real mobile ad network (for example Google AdMob), this Privacy Policy will be updated at least 7 days before that version is published, and the updated version will describe which advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) may be accessed and used for frequency capping or ad measurement, in accordance with Google Play's User Data and Families policies.
AirGoal does not request runtime permissions on Android. It only uses the standard INTERNET
permission that is automatically declared by the Android framework and that is required for the optional future ad
integration described in Section 4. No dangerous permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage,
etc.) are requested or used.
AirGoal is rated for all ages (Everyone / PEGI 3). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no personal information is collected from anyone, no special handling of children's data is required. If you believe that a child has been asked to provide personal information through the App, please contact the Developer so we can investigate.
The production version published on Google Play is distributed through Google Play Services, which may collect diagnostic and crash data on behalf of Google according to Google's own privacy policy. AirGoal itself does not integrate any analytics, crash-reporting, social-network or tracking SDK.
Because AirGoal stores data only locally on your device, the security of that data is provided by your device's operating system (Android) and its sandboxing of each application.
You can delete all data stored by AirGoal at any time by clearing the App's storage from your device settings, or by uninstalling the App. Because no personal data is ever transmitted, there is no server-side data for us to access, correct or delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always show the date of the current version. Material changes will additionally be announced in the App's release notes on Google Play.
